These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website and the purchase of products and memberships offered by Perbacco Wine Club S.r.l., an Italian company with registered office in Italy.

By purchasing products or subscribing to our Wine Club, you agree to the following terms.
1. Eligibility and Age Requirements
Wine sales are restricted to individuals who are legally permitted to purchase alcohol.
In the European Union, customers must meet the legal drinking age applicable in their country.
In the United States, customers must be 21 years of age or older.
By placing an order, you confirm that you meet the legal drinking age in your jurisdiction.
2. Wine Club Membership
Wine Club memberships provide periodic shipments of wine and may include exclusive offers, discounts, and events.
Membership details may include:
* number of shipments per year
* number of bottles per shipment
* pricing and billing schedule. For the Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum memberships, the biannual plans will be charged in March 15th for the Spring shipment, and September 15th for the Fall shipment. For the Brunello Rocker, the annual plan will be billed on April 15th, while for the Brunello Rockstar the annual plan will be billed on October 15th. For the PerBianco Wine Club, the annual plan will be billed on May 15th.
Membership fees are billed according to the plan selected during subscription. Customers may cancel their membership 15 days before the next billing cycle.
3. Orders and Payments
Orders may be placed through our website or directly through our customer service.
Payments may be processed through secure third-party payment providers.
Prices may vary depending on:

4. Shipping
Perbacco Wine Club SRL ships wines to selected destinations in Europe and the United States.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
Failed deliveries due to incorrect address information may result in additional shipping charges.

7. Governing Law

Right of withdrawal (EU customers)
Under European consumer protection laws, customers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without providing a reason.
However, this right does not apply once the following conditions occur:

* the shipment has already been dispatched and cannot be safely returned
To exercise the right of withdrawal, customers must notify us within 14 days of receiving the order. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or incorrect. Due to alcohol shipping regulations, returns may not always be possible and alternative solutions such as refund or credit may be offered.

Cancellation and Withdrawal Policy (United States Customers)
For customers located in the United States, purchases made through Perbacco Wine Club SRL are generally considered final once the order has been processed or shipped, due to alcohol shipping regulations and the nature of the product.
However, customers may cancel their order under the following conditions.
Order Cancellation Before Shipment
Customers may request to cancel an order before the shipment has been processed or dispatched.
If the cancellation request is received in time, the order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued to the original method of payment.
Wine Club Membership Cancellation
Wine Club members may cancel their membership 15 days before the next billing date.
Cancellation will stop future shipments and billing, but does not apply to shipments that have already been processed or prepared for dispatch.
Orders Already Shipped
Once a wine shipment has been dispatched, the order **cannot be cancelled or returned**, except in the following cases:
* the wine arrives damaged
* the shipment contains incorrect items
* the product is defective
n such cases, customers must contact us within **7 days of delivery** and provide photographs of the damaged shipment if requested.
Depending on the circumstances, we may offer:
* a replacement shipment
* store credit
* a partial or full refund
Shipping Restrictions
Due to alcohol regulations and international shipping laws, wine shipments sent to the United States **generally cannot be returned to the winery**. For this reason, most claims are resolved through refund, replacement, or credit rather than physical return.

Perbacco Wine Club SRL ships wine from Italy to selected destinations within the United States in compliance with applicable alcohol shipping regulations.
1. Shipping Destination
Wine shipments are available only to U.S. states where direct-to-consumer wine shipments are legally permitted. Availability may change based on local regulations.
2. Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within 2–5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on:
* international transport
* customs clearance
* carrier logistics
* weather conditions
Estimated delivery times typically range between 10 and 25 business days.
3. Shipping Carriers
Wine shipments may be handled by international logistics providers and local carriers that comply with alcohol delivery requirements.
4. Adult Signature Requirement
All wine shipments require Adult Signature upon Delivery. The recipient must be 21 years of age or older.
If no adult is available to sign for the package, the carrier may attempt additional deliveries or return the shipment.
Additional shipping fees may apply in case of re-delivery after the third attempt. Customers can always decide to ship to an aces point of the courier.
5. Weather Conditions
To protect wine quality, shipments may be temporarily delayed during periods of extreme heat or cold.
6. Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout or communicated prior to order confirmation.

In accordance with United States alcohol laws, Perbacco Wine Club SRL only sells and ships wine to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By placing an order on our website or subscribing to our Wine Club, customers confirm that they are at least 21 years old.

Wine shipments may occur periodically during the year depending on the membership type (for example seasonal or semi-annual shipments).
Members will be notified prior to each shipment.
4. Membership Cancellation
Members may cancel their membership 15 days before the next billing date by contacting customer service.
Cancellation requests received after a shipment has already been processed will apply to future shipments only.
5. Member Responsibilities
Members are responsible for:
* providing accurate shipping information
* ensuring legal eligibility to receive wine shipments in their location
* ensuring that an adult (21+) is available to sign for deliveries
State Shipping Disclaimer (USA)
Due to varying alcohol regulations within the United States, wine shipments may not be available to all states.
