BRUNELLO: THE ROCK SIDE OF SANGIOVESE
From the collaboration and friendship with Podere Le Ripi, Francesco has created this wonderful biodynamic Brunello. This vineyard, located in the North-West side of Montalcino, where luscious forests shelter it from warm summers, gives birth to this woodsy and intense wine.
With a shiny ruby red color, BaccoRock reveals notes of black currants, blackberry, withered violets, dark chocolate, candied orange peel, tobacco, mushrooms and an intriguing note of pinewood.  Palate is rich, persistent, layered with flavors of currants, mushroom and pine, with a majestic tannin that leads to a succulent, lingering and mineral finish. Best paired with old school Rock music.
