This Rosso di Montepulciano, obteined from Prugnolo Gentile grapes, joints to the traditional ripening in steeltubs a short ageing period in wooden barrels (from three to six months) in order to provide the wine with a consistent body and to obtain an high quality wine suitable for all the meal.
