MATURATION/AGING: 30 months in Slavonian oak casks of 50 hl, 6 months in second and third step barriques and after 6 months in bottle.
TASTING NOTES: Typical, with aromas of plum jam and cherry, a beautiful floral purple, black pepper and tobacco; hot and structured mouth, appreciable softness in the final balanced by a pleasing freshness.
SERVING SUGGESTIONS: Red meat and game.
