Harvest nad-picked from 27 september to 5 october.
Vinification Selection table for bunches, de-stemming, selection table for individual grapes. Fermentation without addition of yeasts and maceration in open temperature controlled conical vats for 3 to 4 weeks. Aged in oak barrels for about 42 months and 6 months bottles in bottles
