Sensory characteristics and recommended pairings
Generous and eloquent, with intense varietal notes of citrus, passion fruit and juniper. Well structured and pleasantly acid-crisp, it goes with delicately flavoured risotto and pasta dishes, fish, seafood and fresh cheeses.
Serve at 8 – 10 °C.
